I broke it so I had to send it back (It was a really long process because Silk'n was impossible to reach) and they sent it back to me (very quickly thanks for that).

Now that I have it, I can say that I really like this product. Makes my skin look better, healthier and also relaxes me. The thing I don't like is the cold spa, that isn't really cold.
