Treatment sessions should be twice a week for 10 weeks. To maintain your results after the initial 10 weeks treat once every two weeks. Treat each area 10-15 minutes. Start on level 1 and increase to level 3 during your treatment. You should allow you skin to rest in between treatments and to not treat more often. Some customers may treat once a week for maintenance.
