Can I still order from this website if I live outside of Canada?

Will I be charged an additional fee even though I live in Canada?
No. Canadian orders are shipped from Ontario and are charged in Canadian dollars.
I never received my package, but my tracking number says it was delivered. How can I get my order?
First, check with anyone else that could have received the package. Often, someone like a neighbour or concierge will have accidentally received your order. If your package is indeed missing, please call us and we will investigate the situation. Our customer service representatives will advise you about our process for making sure our customers receive their orders.
