Attention: Potential Tracking or Shipping Delay
During these challenging times of COVID-19 Canadian delivery services are reporting potential delays upwards of 7-9 days.
Initial tracking scans may also be delayed. Please be assured that if you have been provided a tracking number, your order has been fulfilled and currently in transit.

Note on shipping times during peak season:
Although we strive to ship out items purchased on our website within 24 to 48 business hours from time of order confirmation, during the peak season of November & December, we may ship confirmed orders out of our facilities within several days.

Orders ship to Canada exclusively.
After checking out your shopping cart, we will choose the most logical delivery method for you based on the shipping address you provide. When placing your order, the system does not allow you to select your carrier of choice. Most orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days from the time your order is confirmed.
Most orders are shipped using the Standard Shipping option. Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days from their date that your order is first shipped. Delivery depends on the location of the shipping address. Additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply to certain locations.
Orders using the expedited delivery option are usually delivered within 2-3 business days from the day they are shipped. Most destinations are eligible for expedited shipping (extra charges apply). Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM PST Mondays to Fridays. Expedited shipping deliveries is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Any order placed on a weekend or a holiday with expedited shipping, will begin it’s shipping journey on the next business day.

- Due to heavy rainfall causing flooding, mud slides and road closures into and throughout Lower Mainland, B.C., puro is experiencing service delays throughout the region (including early pickup cut-off times), specifically Port Kells and Burnaby. While weather is expected to clear tomorrow, we anticipate delays last three to four days due to clean up of damage within the area. Delayed shipments will be scanned “Disruption,” for tracking online
- CP is experiencing delays in the B.C. area due to the extreme weather which has caused flooding and mud slides. Therefore, this area will be D+3 There are some communities that cannot currently be accessed due to local road conditions.
- UPS is reporting that due to the flooding, significant delays should be expected throughout British Columbia.
- Looking at utilizing air for express shipments, diverting tendered shipments to other hubs to expedite sorting and processing.
