We stand behind every Silk’n product, and want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their skin care devices. If our products do not meet your standards, we will refund your money minus shipping and handling.

Consumable skin care items are not covered by the Silk’n money back guarantee. The following skincare items are non-refundable:

The Right to Refuse Orders

You have the right to refuse delivery of your Silk’n device at the time of its arrival. If you do so, you will be credited the purchase price, excluding shipping costs and a 20% handling fee. After receiving the returned order, Home Skinovations will conduct an inspection. If approved by our returns department your account will be credited the appropriate amount.

Cancelled Orders

Cancellations are not allowed after order confirmation. Purchases are processed in real time to ensure that orders are delivered promptly. Our Silk’n Customer Service Representatives can provide instructions to you by calling 1-877-367-4556.

How to Return Products Purchased on

Looking to return a product you purchased from Home Skinovations Ltd.? Here are the steps to make sure your return is successful:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling Silk’n Customer Service at 1-877-367-4556.
  2. You will be sent two items: a return confirmation email followed by a return shipping label.
  3. Carefully package all products and their components from the original order in a shipping box and securely place the shipping label on the box.
  4. After Silk’n receives the product, and determines that you have returned all components, you will be credited the appropriate amount within 5-10 business days.
  5. Return shipping charges will be deducted from total refund.


Outside Canada:

  1. Call Silk’n Customer Service (1-877-367-4556) to request a Return Authorization Number.
  2. You will receive a return confirmation email containing the Return Authorization Number.
  3. Carefully package all products, including individual parts, that you wish to return in a shipping box. Then, contact an international courier to coordinate shipping. Please note that you are responsible for duty and shipping charges.
  4. Silk’n will receive the returned items and issue a refund within 5-10 business days
  5. Return shipping charges and any additional charges will be automatically deducted from the total refund.


All returns must be pre-authorized. An authorized product has been issued a Return Authorization Number by Home Skinovations Inc. Without a Return Authorization Number, the products will be returned to sender without a refund or credit. Customers have 30 days from the date they received the return authorization to make the return, or they will be subjected to a 20% handling charge.

Brick & Mortar Returns

If you’ve bought your device from a 3rd party retailer, you must deal directly with that retailer and comply with their return policies. We do not accept returns for products purchased outside of

Proper Packaging

For a return to be processed, it must arrive without further damage. Carefully package the products in the original packaging material. Units believed to have been damaged during shipping may only be entitled to a portion of their credit, depending on the condition of the device, as determined by Silk’n.
